Hi All,

My name's Andy and am an ex-pat living in Athens, Greece. As a kid I always liked astronomy and decided to get back into it a few years ago with a distance learning course from the Uni. of Central Lancashire. Upon finishing the course I rewarded myself with a Skywatcher 8" Dobsonian which I thought was a good trade off between size and cost.

I normally get out of Athens every weekend during the summer and spend several hours peering through it.

Fortunately the weather rarely spoils your viewing in this part of the world!
