  1. Duplex Moon Atlas has just arrives from FLO, and at first glance it looks pretty impressive. It's ideal for me as someone who has neglected our nearby neighbour. I'm actually looking forward to viewing the moon
  2. I've just ordered a copy. I've neglected the moon somewhat so hopefully this will give me an incentive to view it more.
  3. This is very interesting and something I've never thought of trying, what software are you using?

That's very nicely done, the second one for me too πŸ‘
  5. That's very nice πŸ‘
  6. Great book, it was this book that got me hooked on astronomy. I don't have my original copy but bought another copy about 10 years ago. The picture of the spring sky with Leo and a fox running through the fields has always stuck with me
  7. I've got a fair few floaters and a couple of years ago a Weiss ring formed in my left eye and last year a big floater appeared in my right eye, fortunately I've not noticed them when observing. I think after a while the brain compensates for floaters to a degree.
  8. That makes me feel so much better Seriously though, I saw it in the mid 80s and I know what you mean, it was amazing.
  9. Another +1 for the Morpheus. I've got the 4.5, 9 and 17.5 and love them, I hope to complete the set someday.
  10. That's nice. I'm thinking of buying a 6" StellaLyra Classical Cassegrain, mainly for planetary and double stars so it's good to see a lovely DSO image using it.
  11. Super image, well done πŸ‘
  12. That's a nice image of one of my favourites πŸ‘I love all those faint little galaxies
  13. Cracking image Olly. Amazing detail in that little galaxy πŸ‘
  14. That's a great image πŸ‘Considering Rigel is something like 40 light years away, it really shows what a powerful star it is.
  15. Beautifully done, one of the best images I've seen of the Iris πŸ‘
  16. Fantastic montage, it really puts the change in size in perspective. πŸ‘
