Made the most of that break in the clouds, very sharp looking images.

Fascinating to see the ADC being used as a tilt corrector. It certainly would be a simple adjustment, hope you don't mind me asking but, what made you think of trying that?

The constraints of the seeing conditions Neil, i think. Focus can be incredibly hard to settle on, generally spend a fair bit of time push the little tie-wrap attached to my 10-1 focuser backwards and forwards, then back again...... All you can do is observe and hope you have it as close as possible in those conditions. I think you can only get it close, as the seeing is so poor at times.

Easy come, easy go as they say. I did get up Reggie, but it was pretty grim. Good to see some images on here though 🙂

The Lunt 50 is a fine all round H/A scope, but double stacking mine made it a so much better. Obviously comes at a price. Have you considered the 2nd hand market? I know the Quarks have had some quality issues, so i am not sure i would consider the 2nd hand market.

A minor stacking problem, is usually the least of my worries when stacking white light dices. Very nice end result as well
