Managed to get my pin after a second attempt this time using Cap locks, there doesn't seems to be anyone particularly close to me, the nearest member is in winsford which is about 5-7 miles from me.

Well i tried uppercase/lowercase, pop up blocker on/off, shockwave flash on/off, cleared my cookies and emptied the cache between each try... it still won't accept my marker.

I give up.

Managed to stick first time. Thought of creating a location map on Google maps similar to my 'telescope shops' map. Seems much easier on My Maps. Found this though and gave it a go.

It worked 1st time for me. Looks like I'm the only one in Gloucester. Doesn't sound too surprising though, considering the high light pollution around here. And I thought Stoke on Trent was bad. LOL
