Hi all.

Dan from Notts UK here. Recently have become seriously interested in gazing rather than being an armchair astronomer/cosmologist. I am at uni studying physics and astro and realise the science is based on observation so that's what I'll do. I've borrowed a scope from uni (Meade etx 90) and have seen some spectacular lunar sights as well as seeing Jupiter with three moons (Ganymede, Io and Europa I think?) And a very wobbly eye like Saturn ( low and slow  a bit like me). I'm looking forward ( or upward) to seeing ( if the seeing permits) a great deal more and learning from the sages here on this forum.

D

P. S. I'm not usually this verbose which is why I'll probably remain a vacuum for some time to come.
