Hi to everyone on this brilliant forum!

I have been reading loads of posts on here for the last year after buying a second hand Skywatcher 130M. I have been amazed with what can be seen from my back garden!

I have now invested in a Revelation 250 dob, which arrived last week, and this is an fantastic piece of kit - cant wait for the weather to improve!

Thanks to all who dropped by to say hello and welcome!. Its good to know there are plenty of friendly folk out there!!

Bit disappointing tonight, cloud cover again after a reasonably sunny day. Just dying to get out there with the new kit. I have only managed one quick look on wednesday when I saw the great red spot on jupiter which was just fantastic and an amazing view of M42
