Just to say hello, I'm fairly new to Astronomy and yet to buy a scope and I currently have in my possession 3 sets of bins of various aperture (much to the annoyance of swmbo), Terence Dickinson's Nightwatch and a Phillips Planisphere, scope wise I'm sort of swaying towards buying an 8" Skyliner dob first for general viewing and then later on an Evostar 80 ed on a HEQ5, with the intention of doing a spot of astro-photography, I look forward to speaking to you all soon.
