Hi from God's Own County

Yes, that would be North Yorkshire.

I am lucky enough to live in a farmhouse on top of a hill. with no streetlights, other houses or anything else for 3-4 miles around me. Been a keen sky observer for years but currently without a scope, as during the winter gales picked up my 8" newt and sent it flying. It lived outdoors under a cover, the cover acted as a sail and it was completely destroyed, tube bent, mirror smashed and focusser destroyed :BangHead:.

I am currently on the hunt for a new scope to mount on the HEQ5, which survived undamaged. I figure I will probably go for a Frac this time for the change.

Look forwards to my stay.
