A couple of Saturn images from 17.09.2021

Thanks for all the comments, pretty pleased with the Saturn images especially at such a low altitude. Finding Jupiter pretty frustrating though! -

Thanks Trevor, pleased to capture it and came out pretty well. Images are still a bit "mushy" though. -
Very tough, even with the altitude of Jupiter. I don't think i have produced a single image that i have completely happy so far, probably says more about me than the images though 🙂

Looks pretty good to me, certainly not rubbish. Despite the impressive captures you will see online from a handful of satellite imagers, it is still tricky to captured these images.

Reasonable seeing for a change, good to see Europa disappear behind the limb as well. C9.25, Asi224mc, ADC, 20% of around 15000 frames, did not realise i was plugged into USB2 port at this stage 🙂

Saturn from the 17th never easy at this altitude, but a reasonable end result. C9.25, asi224mc, ADC, 20% of 25000 frames captured. 2nd image is a resize of the same image, doesn't really add anything other than a slightly larger looking image.

Still a pretty end result there Neil, some fine detail showing.

Nice to capture, never going to be a lot of detail visible on Neptune.
