  1. Nicely done @TakMan, I think the 2nd image is a much better image all round, very nicely processed with plenty of details visible.
  2. Very nicely captured
  3. Love the inverted image look, nicely enhances the details
  4. Excellent set of images, some really nice Proms as well as the surface action.
  5. Tough conditions, but some decent details visible
  6. WOW, can not believe it has been that long Robin! Good to see you have not lost your touch, despite the issues 🙂
  7. yes i am going to open the aperture up another 10mm in diameter. Which gives me 5mm still either side at the narrowest dimension (210mm) to fix the film in position. I did a few calculations to see the difference between the aperture sizes, in terms of area. Any errors i am blaming the online calculators! The Evostar 120mm has an area of 45,238mm The 200mm aperture filter is 125,663mm, minus the 90mm central obstruction (45,238mm) on the C9.25, gives me an area of 100,217mm. well over a 50% increase.
  8. Always good to experiment, anything working for you or too early to draw conclusions?
  9. About the same, 190mm aperture. I might try and squeeze another 10mm maybe. The central obstruction is huge on my c9.25, I guess this makes quite a difference as well.
  10. excellent animation, good to see all that activity going on.
  11. Excellent capture despite the conditions
  12. Looks really good despite the seeing and wind
