  1. Not spent my birthday money yet, I think this is going to be top of the list!
  2. Hi welcome to SGL from Pete in Bedfordshire :-)
  3. Looks similar dimensions to the helical focuser. Minimum focuser height of 48 mm and 15mm of travel. My replacement focus was a little under the minimum height and the travel is around 13mm on both of mine. The minimum travel is not an issue for ZWO camera uses threading direct in to the blocking diagonal. "In focus" is certainly of interest to myself as I still use a imaging source camera.
  4. wow what a change in the weather!

Yep, next couple of days are looking quite astro friendly! Even the Moon is doing us a favour and staying low.

  5. Mine only comes off because it wont fit in my flight case
  6. As you said earlier once you use the D/S you probably will not use it without. As an imager the 2nd thing I do after powering up the PC, is screw on the Double stack
  7. I wonder what sort of price range they will be, better dave some pennies
  8. I think this was from around 2010. I remember star hoping to the area where it should be, I couldn't see M51 but I took a short unguided sub anyway. I couldn't believe it when it appeared on screen, I was pretty much a imaging convert from then on!
  9. Sorry I meant the fine lines not files, no idea why I wrote that
  10. Good end result. What are the files though, i don't think i have seen them before?

Unfortunately that means my better half will insist on having the heating on in our house. Best break out the shorts and T shirts again then.
