  1. No worries. You really don't need to bolt them down. Just finger tight will be just fine
  2. Beautiful mount. One thing to note that the polemaster adapter does not hold the polemaster properly (at least was my experience). What resolved the issue for me was to not rely on the single thumb screw but to add the additional thumb screw and that fixed the issue for me. Hope this helps.
  3. 365 is the Telegizmos 365 cover variant and ENS optical have something that's called Astro Jacket.
  4. Sorry Brian not trying to hijack your thread by any means and since I'm in the market for the exact solution as yourself so I wanted to find out from Steve (since I don't drive so I don't get the hint), can you share the link to this cover? Pm me if you need to if this goes against the rules of posting it publicly. Thanks
  5. Could it possibly be dew forming on the camera optical window?
  6. You're just being over critical about it for no reason mate. If I could achieve even 10% of what you're able to produce, I'd be a happy bunny but then I guess this is what differentiates from a good result and an excellent result
  7. That Guiding looks really tight. As for the dodgy stars, could it be tilt if only in one corner?
  8. Mate, that's just gorgeous piece of processing. I always look forward to your post and it goes without saying that with the 80mm aperture, you've done this target far more justice than you think. It's just beautiful.
  9. This thing is beautiful mate. Congratulations once again
  10. Congratulations on the scope Dave. Box looks really small for what it is unless the tiles are big or the scope comes in as Lego pieces
  11. Another vote for CEM60. I had the EC version and had nothing but issues with it. It wasn't a mechanical thing, it was a firmware thing but I can't wait on the company to produce better firmwares so went down the vanilla CEM60. Another thing to add is that the weight of the CEM60 is so much lighter than the NEQ6 Pro that I had. That thing was built like a tank but that's not to say that CEM60 is not quality finish, it screams quality at your face. If I had money to burn, I would've gone for MESU 200 myself but then I also like to travel with my mount so yeah the decision for me was easy. Hope this helps
  12. I'm glad you like it matey. Give us a shout any time ATB Ahmed
  13. Ouch! Sorry to hear about your troubles. Did you opt for check and tuned service when buying this scope? Just curious.
  14. Very nice indeed mate. Just curious, which cover did you go for? So you'll be leaving the mount underneath the covers but bring the rest of the kit inside?
  15. I found this a little while back at my work place.
  16. I always wanted that 10 micron mount. This should fund it
  17. Yes it is still incorrect. It's 55 and is from the back of the Flattener to the sensor chip. Hope this helps
  18. I did look everywhere but couldn't find the setting apart from under the "Telescope" tab Awesome stuff John. I think this is where I might be getting it wrong. As like you said the mount needs to be connected to check and change the commander settings but when I do connect, I will make sure that commander is set to flip after SGP. A gap of 3-5 min should be enough you reckon?
