I really enjoyed the Battlestar Galactica reboot a couple of years ago. More recently, I really liked "Moon" but all time fav is "Alien". Watched it with my dad when I was about 6 or 7 and it scared the bejesus out of me!

I could keep going all night with the classic cult sci-fi.

I would have to say my favourite sci-fi movie is Plan 9 From Outer Space. This film was voted the worse film ever made, and as such it's an unmissable classic, if it comes on the TV see it.
