Prevent water infiltration

Hi all

I have a shed converted to a roll-off observatory. But i have a problem because the screws that hold the metal plates together start to leak water to the inside.

I've tried several stuff on the outside, and none were 100% efective. Is there anything that can isolate water from entering through the screws?

I've attached a photo of the culprit.

There was some talk about blue locktite??? for threads of screws to prevent movement when shaking was involved. Would that work ?

Can you put a nut and bolt with washers into the hole with some decent sealant like ct1

Where do you put the sealent? around the edge of the screw head? or inside the hole? 

This sealant is also glue. won't it stuck the screw forever?

Use self tapping roofing screws

The roof screws should do the trick. Lots of metal roofs in this area and that's what they use.
