AR2665 white light close up

Recommended Posts

The flare from a couple of days ago, has now rotated around and developed in to this magnificent sunspot group! Looking forward to watching this develop over the next week or so. Hopefully tomorrow morning is clear, with better seeing and a bit further around the resolution should improve.

ED80 + Baader ND3.8 film, DMK21au618 + X3 Barlow. Stacked in A/S2, sharpened with IMPPG & and coloured in C/S2.

A fine image Pete, Let's hope the clouds stay away so we can continue to enjoy the show.

Wonderful image and clearly show what I thought I observed yesterday through light scudding clouds.

Very nice Pete. I was not aware of this new sunspot. Hopefully, will get a clear spell over the coming days.
