mars and saturn 5/6/16

had some great seeing at times this morning first time ive been able to get any detail on mars (not that ive imaged it much) last time I pointed camera at mars it was a blob on the screen, but not this time

taken with c9.25 2.5x powermate and asi174mono

still getting to grips with this planetary processing and colour blindness does not help. at one point my 8 year old daughter says "whys it yellow and blue mars is red" so please advise if the colours are off

Nice images. Well done!  Was hoping to bag Saturn and Mars last night, but clouds rolled in again after a nice sunny afternoon for the evening and night time. I'm hoping that I get a chance to see them later on tonight, as long as no clouds spoil the view that is.
