Hi everbody !

First of all, I'm sorry for my poor English, hope it'll be ok...

Just a little presentation: I'm from Geneva (Switzerland), so I speak french hehehe... I'm 32 yo, math teacher and I would like to begin "serious" astronomy (visual and astrophotography).

I had a little 115/500 Newton I received when I was 15, and now I want to invest in something more serious (a Celestron vx Advanced 8'' SCT, a CCD camera for planetary imaging and a new DSLR with F/6.3 reducer for deepsky objects).

So I hope I'll find some help in this community

Hehehe, I'm Lucky, I live now out of the city, at 3 minutes from the highest point of Geneva (Signal de Bernex, only fields and nature), so I can have a low light pollution without problem
