Hi, my name is Mark. I'm in North Yorkshire, UK. I have a 10" F4 newt (new this week) for astro-photography and a 6" F8 newt for planetary work. I often see interesting and useful threads on this forum and thought it's about time I got involved!

Another turning to the dark side of AP thats what i like to see!

Look forward to seeing your images in the future and dont worry about asking all the questions you need as its a pretty steep lerning curve for a beginner.

Hi Mark and welcome to SGL from another imager :) There's a few of us on here, so if you have any questions at all then do ask. What kit are you using? and final question of the grilling (:grin:) have you got a copy of 'Making Every Photon Count' yet? Essential DSO imaging reading material.
