My second Hello in 2 years, How life gets in the way!

Moving from my small flat in the big city (Glasgow) to the country, bye bye light pollution and the rat race,

hello dark skies, large gardens and less than an hours drive to the Galloway Forest Dark Skies Park

Happy Days. So a little about me..

I work in IT, am a big geek, love all things... well spacey, I have a 200mm Newtonian Reflector EQ5 mount non-computerised, been collecting mothballs for sometime now.

Looking forward to meeting up with you guys at the spring Galloway gathering, unfortunately I cant make it to the November gathering as it coincides with my Move date

(And i'm a bit worried about embarrassing my self with my extremely rusty star gazing skills).

So I hope that life keeps outta my way for a while and allows me to explore, and meet new people.
