Hello fellow stargazers.

I went with my dad to Dixons in 1971, on the occasion of my 11th Birthday, to buy a Prinz 60mm refractor. So eager was I start using it, I ran home with it under my arm, leaving my dad to walk the mile or so back home on his own! I'd become interested in astronomy 3 years earlier, probably as a result of the Apollo program, I can still remember the first book I got out of our local library was one by Patrick Moore. Forty-odd years later, I still have a fascination for all things astronomical. So hi everyone, pleased to be here!
