Just to say a big hello and introduce myself . I've got very little idea of the "Great Big Picture " and any help would be very much welcomed . I've had my equipment for some time although its done very little work , so after the weekends dust off its heads down and onward . PS ...... The Wife's just hid the money tin - again !!!

Hi and welcome to the forum. My other half, the 'accountant' as I like to call her, is just the same regarding the possiblilty of spending money on some new astro toys - so you're not alone! :grin: If you haven't done so already, you might like to consider downloading some free planetarium software called Stellarium which can certainly help you learn the skies and where to find some interesting objects. Lots of great features to keep you occupied when the clouds come in and is very popular amongst the membership here.
