Hello everyone,

I am just getting back into astronomy after a long lay-off.

Currently, I am getting equipment together as ALL of my old equipment was disposed of (by order of the management :hello2:). I got my new scope (Celestron CGEM 1100) about a month ago and I am very pleased with it. Currently I am sat at home waiting for a shiny new CCD camera to be delivered (SBIG 8300M) and struggling to decide what to get by way of an autoguide system. I am already way over budget :) so I think it will be cheap and cheerful whatever I get.

Anyway, having been watching these boards for a few days now, you seem to be a friendly bunch and I look forward to meeting you all on here.
