Heart Nebula - In 3 different flavours

Here is what ive been up to for the past couple of nights. I originally had intentions of doing M33 or M45, but the transparency just hasnt been good enough for LRGB - I tried 40min on M33 but the returns were pretty poor so it was time for plan B. I stuck in the narrowband filters (wish I had a 7 filter wheel!) and slewed round to IC1805.

After getting the Ha and OIII I was just to tired for a long run on SII so I took a bunch of binned SII frames just to make up the colour (had to fix a few of the stars though). I would like to add some RGB stars at some point, Please bear in min that the sky condition wasnt great when I took the OIII and SII, so it could be better if given a top up.

IC1805: Heart of the Heart nebula

ED80(0.85x), Atik 314L+, CG5-GT

Setpoint: -10

Guiding: Excellent

Thanks for looking :)

Rob

First the Ha:

Thanks guys, I will try to add more if the opportunity presents itself later this evening, but I think that might be it for this extended run of fine weather. I'll give it a shot anyway (if ive still got the energy!).

Thanks guys, I managed to get out last night and shoot some unbinned SII subs. Still had the same old SII halo problem, but at least it means a cleaner SII channel and therefore less NR - so ive recovered a bit of the detail.

A slightly less noisy version with more detail.
