Hi everyone,

My name is Paul, I live in Goose Bay, NL in Canada. I got interested in astronomy through my other hobby, amateur radio, my call is VO2PRS.

I was always fascinated with how emissions from the sun effect radio wave propagation.

I started out with 10x50 binoculars and a planisphere to help me find my way around the night sky. That was 10 years ago. I have decided finally to take the plunge and buy a telescope and start learning more about astronomy in general. I look forward to learning from you all.
