Hi SGL, 1st post here but been reading lots on here for couple of months - great forum :)

I completed an evening course in basic astronomy earlier this year and suddently realised that's there's a bit more to the sky than planets & stars! In fact, I've got an idea what a constellation is now!

Haven't bought a scope yet but have dropped FLO an email for a bit of advice as I've got my eye on a couple.

Have got a couple of pairs of binoculars to have a look up, although bins in one hand, beer in the other looking up is not an ideal way to observe the heavens!

Here's looking forward (or up)
