Hi Stuart and welcome, looks like we are one year apart..... 👍😀

We live in a small rural village, and many houses are in complete darkness when the lights go off, and out crime rate was zero, before they did this, now it has risen dramatically and some of the offenders were caught a while back as we now have a good Neighborhood watch scheme in place, and also a good relationship with our local police who have been very good... they told us that the issue was the lack of lighting and this has come from them questioning the offenders...saying that it made things easier... Modern CCTV cameras that many people have on there property, as I do, work very well with night vision, but it’s not good enough to pick out facial features and so on, so street light helps with this it make images much clearer having the extra light on the drive and in the street in general... also cars can be parked on streets without being noticed when in pitch black, whereas when lit up people see them and if not recognised or look dodgy, they can be reported, which is what has happened here, it’s nearly always small white vans... So I disagree, sorry.... 👍😀

All our street lights are turned off at midnight in our village, which is great for my Astro, but it’s not helping with the rural crime rate, where I live.... that’s going up 🤔🤔

I have the 305 and can test, I also use Astroberry on the RPI, I also have a QHY5 mono, and went to use that the other day with oacapture on Astroberry and it would not work...but worked fine in Ekos...so is that not configured to work on the RPI with you software...? 👍😀

You really seem to be having nothing but issues....if you still have your RPI give it another go with Astroberry, you may well be very surprised ...just make sure you have a good 4 amp power supply and a good powered USB hub, and use the 5ghz wifi not the 2.4ghz...and any issues I will try and help....👍😀

Ah, ok I could not tell if you had it set on max, sorry can’t be of more help, I havent been using APP for that long.... 👍😀

if you have not already...Increase the amount of RAM the software can use....there is an option for that....will that maybe help...👍

Not sure if this will help, but I had the same issues, but when I actually opened my APT software and select mount and then EQMOD driver it worked fine, but testing with just the EQASCOM it would not work, so open your imaging software of choice and select EQMOD Ascom driver and try that ... 👍😀

Mine shows up as two lines, one being a USB to serial converter....👍

If you already have an IR luminance filter, then that’s all you need, you can use that for focusing....no need for the extra clear filter... 👍😀

Ah....superb... first of all the two M8 holes each side of the CW shaft...are they 35mm centres...? I know there are four holes around it, but I need it to connect to a dovetail bar with 35mm connection holes, so it’s the ones front and back I am concerned about....not the ones at the side.... Also how does the clamp mechanism work, as it’s hard to see on the picture, is the block that clamps against the dovetail shaped at an angle to grip it..? also is it spring loaded...?

Well the USB 2 ASI120MC and MM, do NOT work with ekos as it’s no longer supported, there was a firmware fix, but even that did not work, ASI don’t even support that camera anymore, but i realise yours is the newer mini version, but again there are many people that have issues with that one too with ekos...Stellarmate and Astroberry....☹️

Relating to the subs timed out issue, Maybe the issue is with your hardwear and not the software as you have the same issue in different software set ups....just a thought....🤔🤔
