  1. I think getting flats might be more important each night as dust motes might change. I'm probably wrong as I've yet to make a start but will follow with interest. Dark Frames, may as well create some masters.
  2. How about this one. https://www.astrobuysell.com/uk/propview.php?view=159132
  3. Stunning image and beautifully crisp.
  4. Very nice, does look a bit foggy. Seems better backing off a tad and looking at a slight angle that makes it look a little darker.
  5. I'm in the jewellery business and we used to be able to get a large variety of really cheap plastic boxes that would have been suitable for filters. Now they only seem to be cardboard. https://www.cooksongold.com/Boxes-and-Packaging/-Range=Boxes/-Style=0/-Box_Type=0/-Colour=0/&prdsearch=y&show=N Might have better luck here https://pottersuk.com/Catalogue.aspx?sectionID=100 https://www.tinyboxcompany.co.uk/gift-boxes/jewellery-gift-boxes/earring-boxes/depth/13mm-15mm
  6. I'm really liking the marmalade colour, keep up the good work.
  7. Lovely image, is that around the Cone Nebula?
  8. This better not be the shape of things to come, imagine dozens or even hundreds of them trailing across the sky everywhere at all times. 😞
  9. Nice one, is it now an Ultra Feather Touch Super Precision Focusser. 🙂 Maybe add a pointer so you can index it.
  10. A good start there. Manual focus on a lens is a lot of trial and error, maybe try a Bhatinov mask along with a laptop to capture and zoom in.
  11. Love that natural deep sky blue colour, make a great change from the usual black.
  12. Definitely keep going, I think there will be more to be had with this.
  13. I can pick up some delrin and have a go for you. What sort of budget do you have?
  14. Well done, turned out good in the end. Very neat join and well done on the folded edge, that can be tricky to get right.
  15. Thats just gorgeous and crisp.
  16. Lovely image even with the poor data. There will always be another chance for better Oiii and Sii data.
  17. Found one, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Marks-Spencer-Astronomical-Refractor-Telescope-80x400-Original-Box/133339480441?hash=item1f0ba70179:g:WWYAAOSwNhNeUD0- 😎
  18. Forgot to mention there's also the IRIX 15mm F2.4 Firefly
  19. The second one definitely has a sparkle to it. All three are really good images.
  20. I got a Samyang 14mm f2.4 off Ebay, seller refurbished, for a very good price. He took an offer of £525. The seller was intro2020xs, I believe he's an authorised Samyang dealer. He did have another one but it looks like its gone. Available ones are probably over your budget. Very sharp lens, very little coma if any at all and no moustache like the regular F2.8 version. Now all I need is for my Skyguider to appear.
