Yes, we have winter diesel fuel, summer fuel will "gel" in the cold - this is bad news when it happens. Propane will gel at about -44F-they sell tank heaters here...
The coldest temp was -46F (maybe a bit colder depending on the source) here with no wind a few years ago.
