I would have checked credit experia first before selling up and made sure you had a high chance of getting a mortgage. Every time you're getting rejected now is going to make it even harder to get one
6" f8 Newt. Easy on collimation and mount. Light enough to be grab and go. More aperture than a small 4" frac and would be a most outstanding bit of kit on planets and lunar work, not to say revealing all of Messiers objects etc :-)
