Hi Everyone,

I'm Colin from Manchester. Have been a member on here for a while now just reading threads and though it was about time I said hello to you all.

Have always loved looking at the night sky and been interested in Planets from a very young age in school.

I was always told that with living in a city with LP I wouldn't really be able to see anything so I never invested in anything.

Last year I decided to buy a very very cheap rubbish scope just to see what I would be able to see. I was amazed and have been hooked since.

I also have bought some 10x50 binos recently and have had great fun with them.

Hi and welcome, do pop over one Saturday night and see us at the Astronomy Centre.

I will pop over fairly soon. I go over near you quite a lot mountain biking.
