Here's the photo of an Iridium flare I saw tonight.

Details

-6.8 Magnitude flare from left antenna of the Iridium 76 satellite in the constellation of Camelopardalis, imaged with a Canon 5D, 47 second exposure, F5.6 400 iso with 50mm lens and probably the best flare I've ever seen. Thanks to Calsky for the very accurate prediction.

Well iknow little of these flares but it would probably have me, on the way from the pub, dying to find out what it was lol.....which would have probably lead me hear and then i'd obviously ask....wtf is that haha.

Fairplay, cracking image .... don't think i've ever witnessed one, im sure i would remember it if i had. Thanks for the piccie :headbang:
