Jupiter Evolution -7 & 9th May 2018

Hello Astronomers,

These are two of my images taken on 7th & 9th May 2018 with my Skyris 618C through the 8SE at f33.

Eventhough these are only 2 days apart, you can already see detail differences in the clouds.

Very nice, I have also noticed subtle changes in some of my images.  Wish Jupiter was higher for us in the northern hemisphere.

Some fantastic detail on show in these images even on the moons too very well done.

Bravo, Mars! I can see the subtle differences in the clouds. Such a turbulent atmosphere. It's amazing what we can see from Earth-based scopes (professional scopes notwithstanding). Nice job!

Thanks Reggie, and yes, amateur equipment has come a long way since I was a teenager.
