I took this from the back garden in a red zone. Bit of an easy target for the TEC, but I'm just getting used to it.

Nothing wrong with doing some "easy" objects while getting used to the gear. Not that I have ever found globs to be particularly easy. Nice result.

Thanks for that. The TEC is a bit unwieldy (but manageable) for transport, which limits me to the back yard, and relatively bright objects like this (for now). I'm v pleased with its performance though.

Yeah I love them too. This is actually the first time I've pointed a camera at one, though I've been enjoying them through the eyepiece for years.
