Losmandy G11 DEC motor issues.

For some reason my dec motor on my Losmandy G11 has an intermittent running problem in one direction, runs fine in one way, and sometimes runs the other way, but has started to get worse, and sometimes doesn't run at all................anyone have similar problems??

I had one about 10 years ago.

I believe I had to re-solder the motor connections , but going in is not for the faint hearted.

 

There was a lot of info on the yahoo group.
