seeings inproved in a hour so i did set 2.taken with 120mm frac,1.5x barlow, lunt wedge,450d. 80 frames staxed with regi.thanks for looking.clear skys  charl.

I got mine a just after getting back from corfu, where I took a ST80 and astrozap..  I'm fairly sure the views I now get from my ED72 and the lunt match the views I was getting there in the ST80 where nodoubt the viewing is demonstrably better then here.  To me it was well worth the investment.. Just a shame that whilst I might get the views, I certainly don't get the same weather!

Be interesting to see that AR develop..

 yer mate the weather has been terrible lately, corfu sounds good,i bet you had a great time. i was surprized how good thay are visualy, the contrast is spot on, i use a ND moon filter to control the glare, that AR is a nice size and it will be interesting to see how it develops.  clear skys  charl.
