That looks great! I'm waiting for mine to arrive. My folks have kindly bought me on for Christmas, but after dreadful service from CUP they cancelled their order. I then tried to get a used one from Amazon but forgot to check out (d'oh!). Re-ordered but vendor went quiet and after 10 days I cancelled. Have now re-ordered and should be arriving in n the new year. Looking forward to it!

Now that looks like something I would use, I bought the normal star atlas and I hate that, but the doubles atlas is a different layout altogether. I will get Amazon up on the computer.

Bought now along with S&T pocket guide, thanks for showing pictures

I have used mine twice so far, the first time I used it I found it a tad complicated and couldnt find any doubles that I wasnt already familiar with. However, I got on a lot better the second time around when I stopped trying to use it in conjunction with Stellarium .... first impressions are very positive

Hi Shaun

I have the 1st edition and it works best when you just use it by itself and the bonus is you only need a dim red torch to use it :)

Cheers

I couldn't agree more Ian, I got confused with the differing catalogue numbers when I used it with Stellarium  I didn't fancy getting a further reference index to achieve parity betwixt the two
