Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum and new to Star Gazing. I am Dutch (so sorry for the occasional typo), but live in London (or actually just outside).

I have just ordered my first ever telescope and can't wait for its delivery this Monday. 

It is a Celestron NexStar 8 SE, with Eyepiece and Filter kit and an adaptor for my Nikon D800, which I bought from Harrison Telescopes!

Hi Erik and welcome to SGL. It just might be worth your while paying a visit to the the Baker Street Irregulars AS, who hold regular meetings in Regents Park, where you will, no doubt, be able to avail yourself of some useful help and information about your new scope, enjoy :)
