Have,nt had a good night for over a month now,the weather seems really unsettled comming in from the Atlantic.I,m wondering if the Jet Stream has shifted South Again.

The 9th has been my only night outside so far this month. I think I've only managed two nights in the last four weeks. No sign of any improvement on the horizon until 26th at the earliest at the moment, if you trust the longer range weather forecasts...

Its starting to drive me nuts being indoors all the time in the evening! I can't go running either since had a bad back for a month! Just indoors with utter garbage on TV that wife watches. Lord give me strength!!!!!

11 days for me, just got a Skywatcher ED80 aswell, I was hoping to get a few days in before xmas.

twice in over six weeks and this is why i'm questioning if i can justify the purchase of an neq6. i'd love to use one but thats the point, i would want to use it and thats just not happening

Edit: I'm not counting the few times i've grabbed half an hour here and there with the heritage.

Frustration to the max in this part of the world too.

I have had just one session in nearly 10 weeks. A very dissappointing autumn.

Lets hope the new year brings more luck.

I got out a couple of weeks back with the new 12" dob. seeing wasn't great but its been cloudy and wet ever since. my other hobby needs dry and calm weather too so im bored out of my skull.

At this rate i might end up doing some overdue diy in the house!

I'm sure when we get close to full moon we will have couple of clear nights,usually works that way,waste of time for dso.

I got a short session in on Thurs when we had a power cut. If it wasn't for the power cut, I'd have missed it, it was supposed to be cloudy all night. The missus popped out to see how dark it looked with the local lights off, and could see some funny little white lights in the sky, and recalled that they are "stars".

Hopefully we'll get some of those nice clear long winter nights soon.
