Hello all,

Having read these boards for a while I thought it was time I joined and started participating. I've been actively stargazing for about 6 months through an old 60mm Prinz Astral telescope from my very light polluted garden (my garden backs on to a railway station platform) and my 15x70 bins from anywhere else I can get to.

I'm looking forward to getting involved and (hopefully) learning a few things.

Hi Johnners and welcome to the friendliest astro site around. What ever you need to know is here just ask. Have you got any local astro groups around? Well worth finding one for help and advice and finding local dark sites.

Look forward to seeing how you get on, keep posting :smiley:
