Hi, I'm not a complete novice to astronomy but I'm about to bite the bullet and buy my first telescope since about 50 years ago. I need some advice on what sort of telescope would be best for my requirements, so, I,m off to that forum now.

If you can wait a short while before purchasing you may well find that FLO have their showroom set up at Marsh Barton so you'd have the opportunity to go and kick some tyres, as it were.
