Wotcha Stargazers, and thanks for the welcome! I joined as I'm developing an interest in Astronomy and have been amazed at the helpful information I've seen so far.

The sky over Portstewart has been clear over the last few evenings with Venus, Jupiter and Mars very apparent (I haven't bought a telescope yet!).

Looks like it will now be cloudy for a while so I'll have to make do with Stellarium (thanks rfdesigner for the tip ;)).

Hi and welcome to the forum. Stellarium is great and easy to use and can certainly help you get to grips with the layout of the night sky which is confusing at first and then quite straightforward thereafter.
