Hello Everyone

My Name is Ed and this site was reccomended to my by a member of our Astronomical society.

I have been an avid visual obsever for 20+ years.

In the last 3 years i have taken up imaging. I am nothing but average on deepsky but

i have allot of success with webcams.

It has got to the point where i now lecture on the subject to individuals/Societies

on imaging techniques.

I have been a guest for sometime and have decided to take the plunge as this

is a very friendly site.

Hi Mr Ed,

Welcome to SGL from a cloudy location near East Grinstead - are you anywhere nearby? I'm at the beginning of the learning curve, both visual and imaging, so I'm sure I'll be trying to pick your brains.

or start a topic and i will give my 2 pence worth.

I feel after looking at some of the DSO images here that i am Below average

on that subject :shock:.

Welcome to SGL Ed. Great squad of people on this forum and you will fit in neatly amongst the imaging wizards who help the rest of us along.
