Hello from Wimbleball Dark Sky Discovery Site

Hi everyone

just thought i would say hello to everyone out there. You may or may not know that Wimbleball Lake was declared a Dark Sky Discovery site late in 2011 as part of the Exmoor International Dark Sky Reserve. We are just outside Dulverton (now famous for its part in BBC Stargazing) high in the hills of Exmoor and enjoy fabulous dark nights.

Is the planned star camp in March still going a head?

What plans are there for astronomers to use the amenities at Wimbleball. Could one just turn up and use an area to set up a telescope for observing or perhaps imaging.
