was at a loose end last night and was checking out the scopes on ;) ebay

was browsing through them and one caught my attention

now here comes the impulsive side of me,

yeah you guessed it :(

i but a small bid on :BangHead:

after all you guys said about ebay i felt guilty but not for long ha ha ha

this is the specs of said item.

That is a lot of equipment, sure you got a good deal. Be prepared, the scope sounds quite large:)

"evening all" if the cap fits wear it, for 40 pound ? was it a bargain ? it might turn out to be a good one. but you no as much as i do that things only go on e bay for two reasons,its no good and the person as tried every were else to sell it.or they just thought that was a good place to sell it comeing from a cop shop theres no chance that its duff ,we will soon find outhope it turns out to be a good one . for that price you got a couple eps a barlow and a scope and a motor drive eq

Worth it for the lessons learnt i say ,In other words, when you get out there and use it, find all the faults/what you like and don't..

that's a cheap-fast luring curve you got there.. in the end you may even like it :BangHead: and hope you do too.;)

Either 114mm is a new definition of "large", or the EQ-2 is bigger than I thought!

Don't worry. I'm just jealous. When I think of what I spent at the begining...

You have a really good starting kit at an unbeatable price.

I think this is a case of the old lazy cut and paste. I admit I do it but I always check that I'm advertising the right item before listing. If your not on a wind up Peter??? IMHO I wouldn't waste the petrol going to see it and ask the seller to send more pictures and post them on this thread. I fear you are going to find out the reason we say what we do about eBay!!
