Thanks, its that long long since I did anything like this. Does DSS automatically do it if you tick something or is a converstion job in say maxim?

I have do it with my mount a couple of times. I think the stepper motors effectively stall. -
WO132 ZWO 178 400ish 20 secs so i have this web cam that is colour - so what do I save the ouput from the cam as to keep the colour data? I saved these as a .fits and stacked in DSS or do I have to debayer in ??? then stack .

WO 132 zwo 178 cam stacked in AS3 stitched and prodded and poked in PS give it a click or 3 for full res

I do prefer a mono Lunt 60mm D/S chameleon cam 151 frames stacked in AS3 prodded with imppg and poked with PS click a couple of times for full res.

I did one of mine with Rust-oleum a couple years ago and its not bad . There a few chips now but it has been on and off the mount and transported arround a bit as well. I keep saying I will do the others. -

I would not have thought so unless it was wildly out. I tune single stacked then add the D/S and tune to get best view then normally a tweak is needed on the single stack just to bring it to the best image . Yours maybe different as my setup is a combination of Lunt and coronado kit. seeing can make a huge difference. -
