  1. My hat off to you for a wonderful composed image. The colours are nicely balanced, may I ask please what was your data capture details?
  2. I don't blame you and you never get the same again unless its fate.
  3. If the coma corrector is the SW 0.9x reducing CC, then you could try using 58-60mm spacing with a CCD. If your using DSLR you don't need spacing.
  4. They are disposable, I tend to change mine every 10 weeks. Got better mobility now, I'm not allowed to pick up heavy stuff no more, but much better then how I was. Thanks for asking. I bought 2 boxes of 7 for £15 from amazon. Nadeem.
  5. Don't think so. I believe that scope has spherical mirrors unless their parabolic. Not that makes a difference in using that filter.
  6. Ahmed, on my pier I have put a wardrobe dehumidifier tub next to the mount covered with a thick plastic rubble bag and the final cover is a waterproof tarpaulin cover with handles. All held down with a bungee cable. I have no moisture on my mount or signs of rusting. However two things get removed after a session, scope and camera. I have a small keter storage shed, which inside has a 105ah leisure battery on a trolley, which all my power is supplied from. The only thing I need to do is unreal one cable wrap with all my power connections included inside of it, plugin and off I go. Welcome to come and see Ahmed. Nadeem.
  7. No need for spacers on the MN190, if you have the version fitted with a Dual Speed focuser, just use the pull out internal 50mm extension tube if needed. Nadeem.
  8. Impressive M33, I was trying my hand at IC434 the other night, but the moon glow was too much, I think I've missed it this year ! Nadeem.
  9. Yes Trevor, very nicely done . Nadeem
  10. I have been using a 2" version for a while, damn good. I also have been infected by the bug. Nadeem.
  11. I am interested in this, just to get rid of the trailing cables, does the capture software work on windows ?
  12. It would be interesting to find out what glass and crown is used in the ed72, as the correction seems very good. I wonder if someone like Es Reid would be able to tell if a scope was sent to him. Nadeem
  13. Definitely good for small dso work. Including like galaxies. also HA Hoover
  14. The Atik 16HR Mono has the same imaging chip as the Atik 314L+ peltier cooled but without the set point cooling. Very sensitive with very low noise. Nadeem
  15. Phil's refractor is huge. The 120ed looks alot manageable.
  16. I see little optical difference between a ED100 doublelet then some higher end premium scopes with the same aperture from what I read.
  17. Original ED72 version with OVL flattener attached to rotator with 60mm spacing.
  18. I to have a 2" concenter and makes collimation a breeze.
  19. I find out when I get my ASI294MC Pro next time I am out.
  20. That's news to me. So now they have shortened the 72ED, apart from the tube being shortened have they changed anything else, may I ask? However it does work with an OVL Flattener.
