Hi all, just joined up now that I've actually managed to figure out how to use the telescope that my lovely wife bought me after watching me stare endlessly at the sky and listening to me jabber on about stars and planets.

I thought I'd say hi, so, erm.."hi!"

I've decided to join here as there seems a load of information and advice which hopefully I can make the most of as well as contributing.

Just for the record I'm using a Celestron Powerseeker 127EQ so will probably be asking some questions about how to get the most out of it - but don't worry, I always search for the answer first coz I hate nasty flames...;):):p

Here's hoping the cloud vanishes soon because it's doing my head right in.
