I would like very much to participate in the OSC DSO Challenge, for the fun of it.

Could you please post a period for it so I don't miss it? Or a schedule?

In the meantime, I'll be sharpening my talons...

Thank You! :hello2:

It is currently in the list for Jan/feb/Mar '18. It *could* change, but unlikely I think.

We also have a galaxy challenge for the spring planned. The fov on a DSLR will be ideally suited to that. :)

No need to change at all.

I would be delighted to enter, now that I have a decent camera.

Just for the fun of it! I have no aspirations of winning anything. Less disappoints that way.

Thank You!

Is it allowable to enter narrowband images taken with a DSLR?

Mono is the norm but if someone is using a DSLR or OSC for narrowband imaging then they are welcome to enter the images in the narrowband challenge.

Please, everyone, enjoy your weekend.

Sorry about this but I was wrong. I hadn't noticed we had already specified "images taken with mono cameras".

It is of course possible to use OSC cameras for narrowband imaging but if you do please submit those images to the OSC competition.

Apologies for the confusion.
