VoxVoxish
Hello folks, just joined and thought I would say Hi....Hi! Been an astronomer since I was 9 on and off. I don't belong to any clubs anymore, although I have been to a couple of small parties but not for a while. I currently use 6.8fl Orion Optics 10 inch Dobsonian which I have had for years, I expect I will get the mirror re-silvered in 10 years or so but other than that she will see me out

MarsG76
Hi and welcome to SGL. I find astronomy most rewarding as a solo hobby, I cant immerse myself into the eyepiece as deep in a group as I can when alone so I don't participate in clubs, and hence also haven't been for a long time.
