Afternoon everybody,

As I'm sat at home with a stinking cold, I thought I'd get around to introducing myself after lurking on the site for the last few weeks.

I'm returning to astronomy after approx 6 years for two reasons, firstly time, due to work commitments I'm no longer studying for a degree with the OU but want to put my knowledge to use and not sitting in the kitchen in the winter reading and completing coursework means I can now dig out my scope again.

And secondly space, my previous observation site now houses our conservatory, however we are moving soon, and I had the realisation that the top of our new garden affords a fab southerly view, with the new house blocking out light pollution from town.

So once we've moved I'll make sure the scope stays accessible and ready for the Autumn and in the mean time may I apologise in advance for any stupid questions I may ask.
